Our 45,000 cu. ft. boathouse and accompanying lakehouse, located in Hillsboro, Ohio house all of the boats under our physical control and provides a space to meet, plan, and work.
The Boathouse has a complete Galley with running water, a 25ft workstation for 3 sets of projects, a 10ft workstation for engine work, a woodshop, a sail loft, and six bicycles.
The Lakehouse includes a large kitchen, conference room, classroom, computer lab, a covered outdoor patio with room for 15-30 people, a gazebo, and a 30×30 courtyard with firepit, and outdoor kitchen.
