Ship 717 was established in 2005 and has had a storied history ever since. From being the home Ship of a member of the National Sea Scout Quarterdeck to thriving through the COVID-19 pandemic, Ship 717 has been treading along at speed.
We had our first Quartermaster in 2023. We’ve had many other Sea Scouts earn their Ordinary or Able ranks, and even more Apprentice Sea Scouts.
We meet regularly in Northern Kentucky and go boating regularly at Rocky Fork Lake in Hillsboro, OH.
